Enhanced Warranty and Maintenance Contracts

At Logic Industrial, our product range has field proven reliability. Also supported by Long MTBFs (Mean Time between Failures) that assures that once installed and commissioned, your systems will give a long, reliable life. However like all technology, failure and damage can occur to critical production equipment that can bring your productivity to a standstill.

Our Enhanced Warranty and Maintenance Contracts are designed to identify failures quickly, and provide qualified and rapid response to service requirements and have your installations operational with minimum down time.

The features of the contracts offered comprise of priority response, remote diagnostics and built in preventative maintenance. In combination with our On-Line support contracts for application assistance, we provide non-comprehensive support package to maximise the performance of your investment.

Enhance warranty - is our standard warranty that provides 12 months cover, from system delivery, for all parts and labour expenses in the event of a component or system failure. Three months on site support is included, followed by 9 months cover on a return to factory basis. All warranty returns receive priority scheduling.
